个人简介
博士,副教授,博士生导师,海南省自由贸易港D类人才。国家对虾加工技术研发分中心副主任,海南省营养学会烹饪与营养专业委员会委员。主持国家自然科学基金、海南省重点研发、海南省国际科技合作研发等科研项目10余项。获海南省科技进步二等奖1项,以第一作者/通讯作者在Carbohydrate Polymers、Trends in Food Science & Technology、Food Chemistry等期刊上发表论文20余篇,入选ESI高被引论文1篇。
